Every dog over eight weeks needs one: $25 for a spayed or neutered dog, $45 if not, with $5 off when bought before January 31.

Dogs must be leashed in all public areas, including the beach walkway and the Heritage Forest. No dogs on the public beach from March 1 to April 30, on the Community Park playing fields, or inside the fenced airport area.
